We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. Fully equipped 1-room apartment (34 sqm) in Villa Glückspilz for 2 people directly on the Binzer beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of the pier and shopping street. For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernised by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)
