We offer a centrally located apartment in a quiet residential area in Ludwigsburg. Especially nice is the way to the city center (17 min walk) and to the Blühenden Barock (15 min walk). Here you can walk along the beautiful Königsallee in a straight line towards the castle. Close to our apartment is the Salonwald/forest (5 min walk). This is ideal for jogging or a leisurely walk. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
