The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort.
