Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a single bed, a large bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and closet wall. A small garden and parking space are available. The apartment is well suited as a supplement to our apartment if more than 5 people are to be accommodated, or also as a worker's accommodation.

This quiet and cosy apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600-year-old house on the edge of the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is 400 m away. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between lies the street, the wall and our garden.
