Das komplett neu gestaltete Wohn-/Esszimmer besticht mit einer maßangefertigten, voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie Eckbank mit Esstisch. Das Apartment verfügt über 2 Badezimmer. Das erste der beiden Schlafzimmer wurde mit Möbeln aus Zirbenholz ausgestattet.
