WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Our cozy apartment "Bergkristall" in our apartment Spieljoch in Fügen is the ideal starting point for an active vacation for skiing, biking or hiking in the Zillertal. The shared sauna (according to opening hours) and the communal garden invite you to relax and recharge. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only about 300 meters from the Spieljoch cable car and only a 10-minute walk from the village center.

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021, combining modern architecture with sustainable design and great attention to detail. In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
