A large recreation park is located directly behind the building. A daily open cafe with breakfast and daily menu is also in the immediate vicinity. Gym in the building.

Very nice and stylish 2 bedroom house near the airport and just 15-20 minutes by car to Vienna city center. Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.

I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there.
