Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Bruck Residence is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Bruck an der Leitha, 30 minutes away from Vienna. The Pandorf Outlet Center - to reach in just 10 minutes- a shopping paradise and great restaurants. Carnuntum Wine Region-5 minutes away by car. Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

A free parking space is located in the underground car park. The newly renovated Therme Wien with spa and sauna area can be reached in five minutes on foot. A large recreation park is located directly behind the building. A daily open cafe with breakfast and daily menu is also in the immediate vicinity. Gym in the building.

Very nice and stylish 2 bedroom house near the airport and just 15-20 minutes by car to Vienna city center. Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.

Nice clean room with hot shower and toilet. For private use. In the garden there is a garden shed that is a summer kitchen. Fully equipped. Garden / courtyard can be used. In summer, it is very nice to spend the evening outside. Only 3 minutes to the train station and only 3 stops to Vienna Central Station. A bus station to Schwechat in front of the house. Feel reborn when staying in this rustic gem. The completely newly renovated small house is just right if you are looking for a suitable place to stay in a quiet area very close to the airport. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.

Small house + terrace: 3 km from Vienna (15 min train)

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
