About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Mit dem Zug ist es von Flughafen 10 Minuten (2 Stationen) und die Wohnung ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß von Bahnhof ,also kommen sie öffentlich 18-20 Minuten zu der Wohnung. Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

Sie liegt im Obergeschoss mit Blick auf den Garten und besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafzimmer, einer kleinen Küche, einem Vorraum und einem Bad. Die Wohnung ist nur 13 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt. Mit dem Bus erreicht man die S-Bahn Station in nur 10 Minuten und die U-Bahn Station Simmering in 15 Minuten.
