It is located on the upper floor with a view of the garden and consists of a combined living room and bedroom, a small kitchen, an entrance hall and a bathroom. The flat is located on the quiet garden side and offers a pleasantly peaceful atmosphere. It is only 13 minutes by car from the airport. You can reach the train station in 10 minutes by bus and the Simmering underground station in 15 minutes.

Very nice and stylish 2 bedroom house near the airport and just 15-20 minutes by car to Vienna city center. Perfectly close to Vienna, Burgenland, airport, CAE training center, petrochemicals, Borealis or OMV. A fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a modern living area with TV and 2 bedrooms. There is a small supermarket and nice restaurants nearby. A short distance by bike or on foot allows quick public access to Vienna.
