Plenty of space & plenty of sun

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by many green areas and close to the forest. The historic Brunnenhäuschen and Schloss Martfeld are within walking distance in 10 or 20 minutes, as well as three playgrounds, a small football pitch and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. There are also two supermarkets, a pharmacy and a drinks shop nearby. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m from the house.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The 1Step2AllStars tree house (about 23 m²) is nestled in green surroundings in a quiet residential street just 2.5 km from the center. From the parking lot, you can reach your accommodation via a total of 50 steps, which is built like a tiny house-style hotel room. The house has a double bed (1.80 m), a tea kitchen, a seating area with comfortable armchairs and table, a high level with a rest area for reading and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet.

The lovingly renovated apartment with herringbone parquet, stucco ceilings and a sunny balcony combines historical style with modern comfort. The Luisenviertel and Elberfelder city center with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance!

A separate apartment with balcony, parking place and Wi-Fi

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Fancy a holiday in a listed, spacious holiday home? 120 sqm on 2 floors with all comfort await you. The freestanding house is at your disposal. From the freestanding bathtub and the XXL shower, to the cosy stove in the living room, nothing is left to be desired. In the large bedroom, there is a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed for you to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the center.

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Located in the middle of the countryside, you come down overlooking our 12 cute alpacas and slow down from everyday life.
