The 80m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes' walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of a large living/bedroom area with adjoining kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is plenty of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric cooker with an oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly into the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the agreement of the landlord.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Diese Wohnung liegt absolut zentral. Es besteht die Option auf ein zweites großes Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Bett, Klimaanlage, Infrarotstrahler, Couch TV und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche hat neben Herd und Ofen eine Espressomaschine, Thermomix und einen Waschtrockner. Die Katzen gehören mit dazu und werden völlig automatisch versorgt. Keine Verpflichtung für euch. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vor Ort. Parkplatz findet ihr entweder im Parkhaus 10€ oder 20min Fußweg entfernt gratis.

Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Quietly located, bright, self-contained apartment in the attic of our 2-family house in the west of Schwerin, approx. 45 square meters, NEW 2016, fully equipped kitchenette, shower bath, living area with sofa, bedroom with double bed. 15-minute walk to the old town, supermarket close by, parking on the residential street Schwerin and the surrounding area offer many opportunities for excursions into the great outdoors. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.
