Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Altes Eishaus am See, Sauna, Fireplace, Canoe, SUP, Boat

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

This 98-square-metre, three-room flat with balcony is located on the raised ground floor of a Wilhelminian-style building in a central Old Town location. The 3.70 m high rooms are decorated with stucco and the spacious bedroom has two beds (each 125x220cm), the smaller bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm) and a workstation with desk. Guests can enjoy cosy get-togethers in the living room or the spacious kitchen-diner. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.
