40 minutes by car or a bike ride from Berlin, our small house (about 50 square meters) on the lake is waiting for you! Less than 20 meters to the sandy beach on the lake and in the middle of nature (750 sqm property)! Ideal starting point for bike tours through the Schorfheide, starting point for mushroom seekers and of course water enthusiasts! The water skiing facility in Ruhlsdorf (3.5 km), the climbing park and the wildlife park in the Schorfheide (16 km) or the boat rentals on the Finow Canal also offer variety.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.
