Arno's place and services were perfect! Arno is very friendly, caring and very welcoming and responsive, he takes great care of his guests. The place was amazing, the decoration and layout at the top, it feels like it was our home! Thank you so much for staying in the beautiful city of Niort!

A beautiful historic house and very large secluded garden that goes all the way down to the river Sèvre. We visited in October and found the kitchen and living room very cozy with the log burner lit (Sue provided plenty of logs). The bedrooms and bathrooms are recently renovated and spotless (and have good water pressure)! Sue was very quick to answer our messages and met us at the entrance and even left some things for breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!

Patrick is a lovely, helpful host and my stay went extremely well! I will be delighted to return to his cottage during a future visit.

The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped, with lots of small touches that make you feel at home immediately! Chantal is very inviting and considerate. Had a pleasant stay.
