Wonderful option when looking for a place to stay when in Allegany county. Terrific host and was so nice to have a place to cook and enjoy the wow! , selection of coffee the host provided. If want to eat out I always recommend the Wellsville ( famous) , Texas Hot restaurant. This location puts you five minutes away from Wellsville, which was my destination of travel.

Need two bedroom, hot shower and usable kitchen in Wellsville? Then this is a great choice. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Everything works. Nice to be able to cook and relax and live normally.

The place is beautiful, clean (I’m a germaphobic and I had no issues at all here). Melissa is amazing always responded super friendly, give us a great recommendations for dinner. OVERALL it was a great experience for sure we’ll be coming back 10 out of 10

My son and I loved this apartment, it was super clean and cozy, the record player and games were great entertainment and the location was perfect! Would highly recommend this place to others. Marshall was very friendly and accommodating.
