Charming, quiet and beautiful New England beach house located right in Sand Hills, Scituate. Walk to everything! 4 min walk to Museum Beach, 6 min walk to Sand Hills Beach, 15 min walk to Downtown (shops, restaurants, bars, movie theater, etc) & Scituate Lighthouse and 5 min walk to Scituate Harbor. Please know this is a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood and parties & gatherings are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed but there is space in the driveway for 3 cars max. Thank you!

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have and many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer and watch the sunset on the secluded patio.

Many great restaurants and shops. Queen size bed. (Some of the older reviews may mention the sleeper, which we replaced with a queen bed.)
