A brilliant place to stay, did exactly what I needed it to do.

Elaine’s flat was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable, clean and extremely well equipped. It’s in a fantastic location with good local cafes and restaurants. We walked everywhere but it was close to public transport links to reach the sights. We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Elaine.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was easy to catch a bus to all the main places, and the location was super convenient. The host responded quickly to any questions, which made everything smooth. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable, clean and well equipped modern apartment (the only thing missing was a coffee maker). The heat worked very well. Despite being close to a busy street, the apartment was quiet, even for a picky sleeper like me, with good curtains and shades to keep out the morning light. The bed was big and comfortable. Being on the ground floor, it was somewhat dark, but we hadn't come to hang out there, so that was fine. Location was brilliant, being right down the steet from Haymarket train station and the Airlink bus. It's close to many food stores, cafes and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk from both Princes Street and an entrance to the Water of Leith walking path. Adam was very responsive to our questions during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Paula and Robbie's place is compact and comfortable with everything needed. It was warm and we lacked for nothing. It was everything that they described and they were wonderful communicators. We would recommend their flat.

Our stay at Steve and Gillian's place was wonderful. They had thought of everything. The atmosphere and surrounds were relaxing, modern and well presented.Some breakfast starters were thoughtful and appreciated The outdoor area was also beautiful. Everything went smoothly and the flat was clean, spacious, and quiet. The amenities, like washer and dryer, were wonderful. While the location was slightly off the common "tourist path," we actually appreciated that and it was an easy bus ride or Uber back to the flat each night. We also enjoyed the local pub and the food choices nearby. My only issue was the lack of communication about the 3 flights of stairs/no lift. This fact is mentioned in other reviews (as I see now), but not in the description of the property nor in the initial instructions for accessing the flat. The stairs themselves are not Ben's fault and as I learned on my 14-day journey through Ireland and the UK, accessibility is not a priority in these old cities. That's fine. But the lesson for me I guess is to read reviews a little more closely, as that's the only place the stairs are mentioned. I have bad knees so trekking up the stairs each night after a long day was, quite simply, torture. But still a great stay.

It was our first time visiting Edinburgh and we were greeted to a very lovely welcome from Claire with some Scottish treats! Such a nice touch. The apartment was the perfect location with much of what we wanted to do being about a 20-25 minute walk into the centre of the city. There are many very good restaurants in the local Bruntsfield area. The apartment was the perfect bolthole, spotlessly clean and tidy, excellent kitchen and comfy sofas and bed! Thanks for making our first visit cosy and comfortable Claire. We will be back!

The space was clean, well-designed, and comfortable. The location was very central, conveniently close to shops like Tesco and Sainsbury and well connected to public transportation. Great host, quick response and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place is amazingly beautiful and the surrounding is serene and safe. We immediately felt at home and loved the place so much that we extended our stay there. Ross is a very helpful and responsive host who went all the way out to respond to our inquiries. I would definitely reconmend Ross's place to others.

Clean and tidy, great hosts

Staying at Eilidh and Matthew's apartment was a pleasure. It is situated in a quiet, relaxed area that is still convenient for shops and not too far from the centre. If someone didn't wish to walk to the centre, the area is well serviced by buses and the tram. The flat itself is as the pictures show. It's comfortable, cosy and has everything you need. Overall, a great place to stay that also represents value for money.

Sabrina welcomed us very warmly and was also very helpful with our numerous luggage. The luggage could also be left in the apartment without any problems after checking out. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely house and in nice little village. Everything that was promised was delivered, we had a lovely little hamper too with tea and coffee which was a lovely touch! The hot tub was stunning and the garden was a very good size. Our only issues were that this was a 4 person hot tub, for a house that sleeps 5 so wasn't the best fit - also the kitchen lacked a couple of pans/equipment if you were wanting to cook each meal. But would definitely return again and would recommend!!! Thank you :)

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
