Our stay at Philip’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited to our needs. It felt like a home away from home, with everything thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. What truly stood out, however, was Philip’s kindness and support throughout our time there. He was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made our experience even more special. His hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we felt truly welcomed. We highly recommend Philip’s apartment to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located place with an exceptional host. The place was clean, spacious and had everything I needed. Host sent excellent directions and instructions. Would stay again.

The suite in Bayville was in a central location and extremely quiet. Parking was easy and a car was really not necessary much of the time. Laura was interesting to speak with, made herself accessible when needed, and displayed both very good trouble shooting and problem solving skills. I greatly appreciated her willingness to assist and to resolve a few timely issues as they arose.

This was our second time staying at Victor’s home and we loved it as much as the first. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do on the island. Easy to get to the airport and to the city (as far as NY goes). The house was fantastic again. Everything we needed in the kitchen. He provided necessities like coffee, toilet tissue, garbage bags, etc. The beds are all different, so depending on your preference you could find a comfortable one…we all did. WiFi was great. We never turned on the TV, so I can’t speak to that. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot. Thank you Victor again for a lovely stay. Can’t wait to come back!
