Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The backyard is large & great for lawn games or to let the kids run around while you watch from the porch above with a margarita.

My home-away-from-home is easily bike-able to Seaside and other local attractions. The Seaside Pavilion is exactly 1.3 miles (7 min by bike) to the West, and The Hub on 30A is 3.4 miles (15 min by bike) to the East. This lovely studio features a fully equipped kitchen and a fold down couch that converts into a twin bed.

Hour Sunset is located just a short walk across 30A to the beautiful sands and emerald beach waters of the Florida Gulf Coast! From the balcony you'll overlook a manicured greenspace, newly resurfaced pool, and even get a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico. We think you’ll love this cozy space as much as we do. Walk South on our street and you will cross 30A, then run directly into the San Juan Beach Access. Walk North and there’s other adventures, trails and beautiful Point Washington State Forest. If you’re looking for more action, you can bike to Seaside in 15 minutes or less!
