The Sea Level Inn is perched between Cedar Island National Wildlife Refuge, Cape Lookout National Seashore, quaint NC fishing towns and historic Beaufort. Built in the 1950's to support ferry traffic to and from Ocracoke, the Inn was converted to condos in the mid-1990’s. With few distractions from the normal hustle and bustle of every day life, the Sea Level Inn is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the NC coast. There is a pier for fishing, a gazebo and deep water boat slips.
“Our family enjoyed a lovely month at Sea Level in Brooks and Kelly's cute little place. It was incredibly peaceful. And that view! We had every amenity we needed, and they were quick to answer the few questions we had. My parents stayed for the first three weeks and spoke highly of the friendly neighbors too. :) We will definitely try to return at a future date. If you enjoy peace and quiet and don't mind a bit of a (pleasant) drive to stores and activities, then you can't beat this place!”

“This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. Laura was so sweet to leave a couple thoughtful touches in celebration of our anniversary. My dog also enjoyed the stay. It was very close to all of the beach spots and only a few minutes away from Front Street. We highly recommend!”

“This was our first time doing an Air BNB in a place where the owner's where there for our stay. The breakfast was amazing and was included in the price which was something less for us to worry about. A stay included a home cooked meal (additional cost) that would of put us in a food comma but sounded fantastic, unfortunately we declined because we wanted the coast fresh sea food. They accommodated us super well. We brought a medium and small dog. They also have a dog named Ace, who was very receptive and compliant with our dogs. My family and I are not late bodies but with trying to make the most of our time for the trip, they were very receptive of us getting back between 9:30pm - 10:30pm and only asked that we let them know. They are also in close proximity to ferries taking you to the outer banks, which is what we were looking for. There are good local restaurants available in Beaufort and Morehead City. Beaufort is about 25 minutes away and Morehead is about 30. The stay was great and we definitely plan on going back.”
