Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Spacious rooms offer plenty of areas to gather OR spread out when you need it. One block from the beach, close to 5th Ave Bay Park, down the street from Surf Taco and other restaurants and shops, one mile from Seaside Boardwalk - Pirate’s Cove Condo is a Seaside gem that’s family friendly and best for groups of 5 or less. The unit has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a private covered patio and garden with grill. The space was recently renovated. Due to HOA requirements, renters must be over the age of 24 and we are unable to rent to prom groups.
