Le Chat is a beautiful 170 m2 chalet renovated in 2021 to comfortably accommodate 10 people. It is ideally located in a quiet area of Séez. In winter, you will enjoy the jacuzzi and the evenings by the fire. No car needed to reach the La Rosière and Les Arcs ski area, the free shuttle bus stop is 50 meters away. In summer, with its 10 x 5 south-facing swimming pool, the chalet is a pleasant base to discover the valley. Bakery, convenience store, restaurants within walking distance.

My 80 m² accommodation is 3 km from Bourg St Maurice, shops and the funicular that serves Les Arcs station, located on the edge of the forest by a creek. TGV train station in Bourg St Maurice. Lyon and Geneva airports 200 km away. You will appreciate my place for its panoramic view of the Isere Valley, the orchards and gardens, its location in a Savoyard hamlet, quiet and flowery, its large terrace with garden furniture. My place is good for families with kids .
