The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. Our city apartment is situated within our family home of Austro-Hungarian arhitecture. Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

This 4* new apartment is located on the ground floor of a new modern building, next to a forest of magnificent tall pines and oaks whose canopies are inhabited by birds and squirrels, offering guests a sense of privacy and tranquility. Although the building is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is still close to all important locations.
