Holiday rentals with a patio in Sehmatal

We had a fantastic weekend in the rented apartment in Dresden. The location was perfect – central so we could walk to everything worth seeing. The apartment itself was clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace where we could enjoy our coffee in the morning. Overall a wonderful place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

Everything was good! Especially the location was really good.

Loved it during my stay: - the super friendly hosts - the coziness of the neighborhood and the good amenities - the attention to detail and the used nature materials - A supermarket with bakery is easily accessible on foot - I was also able to sit outside comfortably in the nice weather ☀️😎 For me, the location was great and close to nature. I highly recommend a walk on the Elbe. I also slept as well as rarely when I was on the road. Will be happy to come back🙂. I am very grateful for the super good time in the Elbquartier with Jürgen

We stayed 2 nights in the apartment and are very satisfied. It was absolutely quiet, sparkling clean, finding parking in front of the door was no problem, even charging station around the corner. Great underfloor heating, small arches with all essential utensils, incl. Coffee machine (Capsules by Cremesso). We would come back.

Our colleague felt very comfortable on site at Svetlana's place and would have liked to have stayed longer. The communication with Svetlana was very friendly and we will definitely be happy to come back when we are back on site.

We accommodated two employees here. They were very satisfied and will be happy to come back at any time.

I wanted to escape the New Year's Eve noise in Berlin with my dog, as she reacts very panicked to the "fireworks." I then stumbled upon Ronny's offer and had already fallen in love with the photos and the location. Sure, it's more to arrive by private car, but I don't mind. What I found was what I expected and much more. The room(s) were just perfect, clean, well equipped and just as quiet as I wanted for my dog and me. Ronny and his wife/partner are friendly and above all helpful. Since I arrived without my own car, it was no question for the two of them that I was allowed to go shopping with them, or the two would have brought me the shopping. All in all, a wonderful stay that I can only recommend. In this sense, once again a big thank you from Mina and me. I hope we see each other again.

A very friendly apartment to feel good. Centrally located, therefore very convenient to reach everything, but of course also a little more lively under the window. But that didn't bother us. We were very satisfied with everything, we enjoyed it very much.

We spent one week using the cottage as a home base for Dresden and surroundings. It is wonderfully quiet, with lots of greenery and lots of space to sit outside, but also very comfortable inside! The center is walkable, and tram and train are nearby. Everything is available to spend a perfect holiday there!

We vacationed as a family with 5 people in this great cottage. Everyone felt right at home. The house is first class equipped and is fully recommended on our part.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! The location was outstanding – quiet yet central so you were quickly everywhere. We were particularly enthusiastic about the beautiful outdoor area, which was ideal for relaxing. A big thank you to Sarka, our host. She welcomed us with a lovingly prepared welcome gift – a really generous gesture that pleased us very much. During our stay, she was always available and was immediately available for questions – warm, helpful and absolutely reliable! The house itself was well equipped, we didn't lack anything. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Absolutely recommended!

We were there with all practice members and looked at Dresden. It was a super nice place to stay. The new town with plenty of shopping and bars is within walking distance. It was ideal for us. We'll be back.

We loved our stay at Jenny’s house! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Our two toddlers loved the play room! It was well set up with stair gates and cups/plates for the kiddos. The house was always cosy despite -9°C and snow outside. We felt very at home and would definitely come back in Summer to make use of the garden and pool! Jenny was very attentive and came over to help us understand the heating and the electric plug in for our rental car. My only negative would be that it was a bit dusty and dirty under and around the furniture. But we are also maybe a more particular family and wouldn’t want this to discourage anyone from staying!

Very nice place. Beautiful area

We stayed with 10 family members in the house by the lake (6 adults and 4 teenagers). The house is situated in a quiet environment directly on the lake. The house is very nicely decorated, the bedrooms all wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. You can cook very well together and in the living room we had comfortable space at the large dining table. We enjoyed the hours of sun reading outside - there are many nice seating in front of the house and on the two terraces. Shopping is easily accessible by car in a few minutes, and Pirna is also quick. We took the S-Bahn to Dresden, for hiking in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains about 30 minutes by car. Susi and Thomas are great hosts and communication with them was very good. It was a beautiful Easter holiday with the family and we can only recommend the house on the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a natural environment. The place is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We lacked nothing! We took the time to explore the area and enjoy the tranquility. We were super satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Clean, light and spacious accommodation. A couple of minutes walk from the railway station and a few minutes into the attractive town. Nadine was a kind and helpful hostess who communicated well. All was exactly as described. I would like to return sometime soon.

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

Tobi and Nico are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment has a unique character with charming decor and a lovely view of the city. It’s very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for easy access to the beautiful old town of Dresden. Check-in and check-out were super smooth. Great place to stay - very quiet and very clean - exactly what I needed. The hostess is also very helpful. Excellent

We were received very kindly by grit. The host was not there at the time of arrival, but the key handover was very easy with a key safe. There was also a corresponding good explanation of where to find it. We were very happy with the place. The roof terrace is great and really huge.

A great apartment with everything you need, very good location close to downtown and very quiet, there was always a parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Stefan's place.

I loved this apartment. With the windows on both sides and the terrace in the middle, it has lots of natural light. The location can’t be beat.
