Lake Hartwell house w/ dock 2 miles from Clemson.

This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated (2019) home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is 1 cove away. Clemson golf course is across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

It's 5 minutes from the Historic Ram Cat Alley with Live Outdoor music every Thursday Night (Apr.-Oct.), Shopping, Boutiques, Restaurants, Breweries, and Coffee Shops. It's only 12 minutes from Clemson University, and a short drive to Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee, and Lake Hartwell. This area is home to numerous Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, and good southern barbecue. We do not host work crews.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Getaway on Lake Hartwell: Pontoon Rental, Clemson

Our 3 bedroom house is located on Lake Hartwell and is just a 15 min drive to Clemson University. You can enjoy access to the dock and beach which are a quick golf cart ride away. We have paddle boards on the dock and kayaks, coolers, bagged ice, fishing poles etc upon request. Off the back of the detached garage there’s a furnished screened-in deck with a grill that overlooks the end of the cove and fire pit below.
