Summer 2026 in Senigallia ☀️🏖️ "Il mare in città" is a lovely flat in the very centre of Senigallia, a stone's throw from the sea. It was my home for a long time, and now I'm making it available to you, my fellow travellers. Open-plan kitchen and living room, a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower and full facilities. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and the bedroom. Access is via self check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.
