Simple and peaceful accommodation in plinth apartment, which is centrally located. The apartment has three bedrooms, two with 120cm wide beds and one with a 140cm wide bed. Extra mattress on request. The apartment is located next to Gimle farm Botanical Garden as well as within walking distance from Kristiansand city center, swimming beaches and hiking areas in the Jegersberg city field. Short distance to public transport and 12 minutes drive to Kristiansand Dyrepark.

Beautiful hiking areas in short proximity and swimming areas, about 20 min to the zoo and 13min to the city center by car. Garden with glazed outdoor living room and fireplace. Trampoline and playhouse. Has a large loft living room with some toys for children. Barbecue we also have which can be used by the guests.

Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

A short walk (200m) down to the harbor with a private boat berth and its own boathouse for storing equipment and freezing fish.
