Great place, tons of room to spread out. Lots of memories made in the game rooms. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, with everything you need. Complimentary bottle of wine and snack tray was a nice surprise.

What an amazing location. There is a forest trail just a block over that we used to run and hike in. The house was massive, well stocked with amenities, was modern, beautiful settings, and was an amazing space for my team to rest and relax in. Communication was perfect and Stacey couldnt have been more accommodating even when I got one of the dates wrong and we had to extend a day. Would stay here again without question.

Short drive to all the golf courses and restaurants! Large house that was perfect for two families with children. Kids loved the pool!

6 guys visiting their childhood buddy who moved to the area a few years ago. The house was a perfect home base for us. Just perfect. Open layout, pool after a long day of playing golf, plenty of rooms for privacy, perfect location to all the golf clubs and breweries, bars, restaurants. Daniel and Ruth were super responsive to our needs. Highly recommended to large groups or for families. 🙏🤝

Alissa was a fantastic host—thoughtful, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. Our a/c was being replaced last minute in our home so we had to find a last minute place to stay for a few nights. Thankfully Natalie was able to accommodate and work with our situation. We live in a downtown area full of city noises, being at her place felt so grounding and peaceful. It was so SILENT at night! I loved the pool and my husband loved the small pond she had out back. We left our home in a rush so I didn’t remember to pack body wash or shampoo, thankfully she had some options in the bathroom for me. The screen in back porch was nice to sit out and not be ate up by bugs. The location was perfect, it was less than 10mins to all the fun spots in Southern Pines or Aberdeen. We will definitely be staying again once it gets hotter to fully enjoy the pool. We loved this staycation home.

Loved it!!! Jason's house was exactly as described - very lovely and quiet, with lots of room for 4 unrelated people to stay and spread out, using all 4 bedrooms. Kitchen was fabulous and the great room very spacious. Everyone said the beds were very comfortable and liked having their own space, while still having a common area to be able to get to know each other. We were working at The Carolina Horse Park, which turned out to be a bit further away than we hoped with traffic, but still took about 25-30 minutes. The price was fair for all the space everyone had. We were there so little while working at CHP, that we never enjoyed the amenities, but there were many. We would definitely stay there again!

James is a fantastic host and everything was as pictured. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood, close to who we were visiting. We have already booked our next stay. Thank you, James!

I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for a cousins' trip to the Dreamville Festival, and it truly felt like home. The property was well-decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally soft and provided a restful night's sleep after an eventful day. The location was ideal, being conveniently close to local restaurants and Walmart, which made it easy to grab essentials. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Sanford, North Carolina.

The place was outstanding. As soon as we walked in we felt comfortable. We were right on the tee box for the 13th hole of Pinehurst #6 and could sit out on the deck and watch as the golfers came by. The rooms were very clean and my wife, who carries cleaning products wherever we go, left them in the car. It was peaceful and the perfect place to just relax. Restaurants, golf and downtown Pinehurst were just minutes away. I was very impressed. Thank you Min.

We booked this for a couple of my employees who were helping us with our trade show at Deep River Sporting clays. It was our 23rd year doing this annual event. They said they really appreciated the accommodations on the inside. They told me they were very pleased with the property.

Our family of seven, including a 3 year old and a five year old, was perfectly comfortable here. Everything was so clean and easy to find. The home was spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable . It was walking distance to food trucks and downtown including a great playground for the kids. I strongly recommend Shannyn’s home if you are in the area!

We had all of the grown children and grandchildren gather here for Thanksgiving. This type of home is really hard to find, so we were thrilled to have 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The beds and bedding were also lovely. Again, it's hard to find a king and 4 queens as well as air mattresses available for guests to use. We rented both units (the whole house), but I didn't think the listing made it clear that the downstairs unit is not accessible from the inside of the house. It worked out just fine, but it's good to know up front. Having 2 full kitchens and refrigerators was very helpful for us since we brought all of our holiday food. The upstairs unit has a spacious living room and the kitchen/dining area worked well for a big group. It was also so helpful to have our dogs welcomed. The neighborhood is very quiet and enjoyable - with walking trails nearby. Overall we had a great time and felt there were many little extras provided that made our stay pleasant.

My family of 4 adults were VERY comfortable; having en-suite bathrooms was perfect. We were in town for a family wedding in Sanford. It was an easy 25 minute drive. The outdoor wedding was July 5th…hottest day of the year…oh how we longed to be back at Angie’s where the AC was fabulous! Separate controls for upstairs and downstairs worked out great for us. The bride quipped “I wish you could make my cake.” So, Angies place was selected due to the photos of the kitchen. The kitchen was perfect! Clean, well equipped, the oven worked perfectly, the refrigerator had all the space needed to store a 3 tier cake. Even tho I was stuck in the house most of the day making a wedding cake, it didn’t feel like it. The kitchen (as well as the rest of the house) is so light and bright with tons windows looking out into the woods; just a lovely space! Angie was responsive and accommodating. We will definitely want to stay at Angie’s on our next visit.

Beautiful neighborhood, amazingly clean and smelled very nice. The house was perfect size and extremely comfortable beds. We can’t wait to visit again.

We’ve stayed several times at this property while competing at Carolina Horse Park and it’s been great for our group. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms and can’t beat the location!

Stayed here for a weekend to be close to Paraclete XP. This was a wonderful place to stay, it is a very clean and comfy home in a quiet neighborhood. Close proximity to a wonderful little coffee shop (Something’s brewing), supermarket, grocery, and lots of restaurants. Had great communication with my host and zero complaints with our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

The Pinehurst oasis was perfect for a group of four golfers. Each bedroom was large. The two bathrooms were easy to share. It was helpful to be able to use the garage. The gas grill was easy to use. We didn’t have a fire at the fire pit, but that also looked easy to use.

Dan was a great host and very responsive to any questions. The home was clean and neat and quiet! I especially enjoyed the quality sheets on the bed and waking in the morning to have coffee on the back porch and hearing all the birds singing. So relaxing! We stayed here for our son’s wedding and it was the perfect place for our family to gather so we could be a part of a special occasion out of town. 10/10 recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay. Carol is a great host! Her place is beautiful and quiet…and right next to downtown Pinehurst and Pinehurst golf. We hope to be back next Summer!

We all really enjoy our stayed. it was peaceful and very quite, which is something we are looking on our next purchase.
