This unique place has plenty of space to enjoy Seville's light and joy. It is ideal for getting to know it in a few hours and equipped for extended stays. It is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in the old and historic part of Seville and you can walk to the entire monumental, commercial, hotel and nightlife area of the city. It is a magnificent 80 square meter house located in an 18th century palace house that was rehabilitated 10 years ago to convert it into 6 houses.

A bright apartment in the center of Seville. Ideal for enjoying the city in a quiet place. You can walk to all the tourist attractions. In the vicinity you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, parking, etc. to make your stay easier. Well-equipped with everything you need. It has a large living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two people. Newly refurbished, with everything brand new.

BRAND NEW DOWNTOWN APARTMENT

The apartment is in the Arenal of Seville, an excellent location. A few minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Alcázar, and very close to restaurants. Since I don't live in Seville, Maria will take care of check-in. She will explain and answer all questions. Due to regulations, she will ask you for information to identify you. Normally check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is until 11 am, but I try to be flexible.

From the apartment, you’ll be in five minutes in San Bernardo square if you’re walking., whee you´ll find: 1)the tramway that will take you in 8 minutes at the downtown (Catedral, Torre del Oro, barrio de Santa Cruz, plaza de toros ..) 2) The underground 3) A train station ( one stop to Santa Justa train station) 4)The bus to the airport. If you’re walking you’ll be in ten minutes in Spain square.
