Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

There is a bedroom with a 140/190 bed for 2 people with a bunk bed for a child or a sofa bed in the living room. Free private parking for your car and the possibility to put a trailer or bicycles in a locked garage. The accommodation has a private terrace with its amenities.

The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. The accommodation includes an entrance hall, a veranda, a studio (with a bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and bathroom), a laundry room, a pleasant garden 20 m from the house: between shade and river! Many walks await you whether you like hiking, running, trail running or mountain biking.

Close to the basilica, for grand awakenings (at the time of mass).
