This is our fourth year here and it is always a great experience! Jeanne is super communicate and always helpful! The location and house are beautiful! The amenities are excellent: fire pit with wood, pool, and hot tub. Will be coming here forever.

Gorgeous private property, surrounded by nature. Welcoming home with wonderful amenities. Instantly aware a great deal of thought was put into all aspects of this home, providing a seamless transition to vacation mode. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Stayed for a girls reunion long weekend. We were thrilled which how much room we had to spread out. We chose this airbnb for the number of bathrooms which made getting ready super easy. This place is well equipped with mirrors, closets etc. the kitchen was fully loaded as well, which was great as we cooked/ate there mostly. The heated soaker pool was the perfect way to end our days and we used the firewood for a bonfire. We definitely would stay here again.

Kyle and Krystal were excellent hosts with a beautiful space. Everything was as described. Great pool, a kitchen with lots of needed items, linens, towels, and a beautiful yard. Private and secluded. They were both very responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Absolute peaceful oasis. This home gives you every essence of Virginia Wine Country. The home was quaint and the deer came up every morning to greet us. I can’t wait to come back in the summer when the pool is open! Thanks again

Our group appreciated our stay in Winchester. The host was very clear on instructions to check in and out of the property. Additionally, they were generously accessible if any questions or issues were to arise. Parking was ample for a small to mid-sized group. The space was very clean and in a quiet residential neighborhood, which led to a relaxing vibe for the weekend stay. The property was also conveniently located near many restaurants, bars, and stores. We recommend this spot for anyone looking for a small getaway with friends.

This was the most enchanting, beautiful, serene stay we have been to! So many trails to explore, a super relaxing cave hot tub, bunnies that make your heart melt - it makes for the perfect destress zone. The front yard creek gives a perfect relaxing, back-to-your-childhood feel. Exploring the property you will find: nice mountain views, picturesque cliffs, fun haunted woods, a balcony to take it all in, multiple relaxing cabanas, deer, chickens to feed, and more. We honestly can't wait to come back and stay! This is a place you never have to leave during your stay.

The Groovy Crib is a gem! We felt right at home. The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable—just right! We had easy access to the places we wanted to visit around Frederick. We especially enjoyed having the school nearby and loved watching the kids play outside in the afternoon. My husband started calling it "our school" when we were finding our way back to the house after being out for the day. Nicole was very friendly and quickly responded to our questions. I personally appreciated the Anker cubes scattered throughout the rooms where we could plug in our various devices. Clever! And the night lights in the house made it easy to find our way after dark if we needed to get up for anything. Very helpful in a strange new place after a long day of travel. We had a small issue with the security system one night, but it was quickly resolved. We will stay here again next time we are in the area!

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

This was a great stay for my wife, dog, and I. Jacqueline was an excellent communicator and answered the couple questions we had instantly. The place is very cozy and welcoming. The views didn’t prevent the unfortunately rainy weather from ruining a perfect weekend! Would definitely come back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house and property are well maintained and everything functioned the way they should. The property offered a relaxing environment, which is what were looking for. Cynthia's place is dog friendly, which made our stay even better. Downtown is only a 10 minute ride. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend Cynthia's place to anyone who is seeking a quiet getaway in well kept home.

Nicole’s place was absolutely perfect for our girls’ getaway! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and provided the perfect balance of comfort and seclusion. We loved how private and peaceful it felt—such a great escape from the hustle and bustle. The fire pit was amazing for cozy evenings, and the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. There’s a Walmart at the bottom of the mountain if you need anything, which was super convenient. A heads-up: if you’re planning to leave on a Sunday, the nearby landfills are closed, so you’ll need to take your trash further along your route home. The drive up the mountain is stunning, but definitely requires an AWD/4WD vehicle to make it up stress-free. Nicole was so responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to escape and enjoy a relaxing, secluded retreat! Daniel’s place was absolutely outstanding! The description and photos were spot-on, and the house itself was impeccably clean. It was such a treat to have a peaceful backyard and a driveway—rare finds in the DC area! The single-level, open floor plan made it easy for our family to relax, share meals, and enjoy games together over the holiday weekend. It’s a very cute house, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no cell service but there is WiFi so it all worked out great! It’s the woods so there are some bugs inside but nothing too bad. It’s a great place, easy to get to as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything about this stay was amazing! Beautiful property, super clean, really comfortable beds and furniture, and wow; the kitchen! Very quiet and walkable neighborhood, yet so close to everything (Metro, One Loudon, and so many great areas to visit). Hosts were absolutely wonderful. We’d love to come back.

My friend and I absolutely loved staying at Matt and Sarah’s for the weekend! We had a great time exploring and felt very comfortable at the house when we were done for the day. Beautiful little home with all you could need, and they were so friendly!

We needed to rent a house near our daughter's wedding venue for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. This home suited our needs perfectly. Spacious, immaculate, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable! I mentioned the clean floors previously because we had to iron full-length gowns for the wedding. The teenagers had a blast with the ping-pong table, pinball machine, games and zip-line. In addition, there were thoughtful touches such as coffees, teas, cream and chocolate. Also an "on your honor" snack bar and drinks (which the teens loved). We all wished that we would have had time to extend our stay just to enjoy all the amenities this house has to offer! John and Leslie were friendly, very responsive hosts and also notified us immediately when we left an item behind. We could not recommend this house more!!

Cute cottage! Had everything we needed and it was very peaceful. The only thing to note is that showering is pretty difficult. The tub is nice and there is a shower hose, but you have to hold it up yourself. This might be an obstacle for some people. The host was very nice easy to communicate with. Didnt see any animals on the property unfortunately!
