8 weeks Fujimi is a secluded house nestled at the foot of Fujimi Panorama Resort. During the day, listen to the babbling of the stream and the refreshing wind of the highlands, and at night, gaze at the moonlight with a warm drink in hand. The villa, with its log house-style interior and grand piano, creates an extraordinary yet familiar space. In 2020, we moved from the city with our then 1-year-old daughter, and we were so fascinated by Fujimi Town that we decided to move there in 8 weeks. After spending a luxurious time in the rich nature, by the time the 8 weeks had passed, I had come to think, "I will continue to live in this town". We named it "8weeks" because we want our guests to have a time that makes them want to stay here. I have lived in this house with my 5-year-old daughter, so you can have a safe and secure stay with your small children. We try to avoid placing things that are likely to be dropped or bumped into, and we also have a variety of picture books, musical instruments, and toys. You can also use it as a base for indoor activities such as telework and music production, and outdoor activities such as mountain climbing, skiing, and MTB. Both the home and the nearby shared office are ideal environments for long-term stays for Digital Nomads!

The nearest spot is the park (Yatsugatake Natural Culture Park) with a superb view. At an elevation of 1400 meters, Yatsugatake Jissen Gakuin University is nearby, so please enjoy the beauty of Yatsugatake with all five senses. In addition, at the Yatsugatake Farm Shop, there are vegetables, flowers, dairy products, etc. made by students. Panorama ski resort is 20 minutes away by car. In winter, there are also beginner courses from the 3 km course slopes. From spring to summer and autumn, you can take a gondola to the top of the mountain, and it takes about an hour to get to the top of Mt. Irusaka through the flower fields. From the summit of Mt. Forest villa Shojiri Kogen is an old-style Japanese house with a traditional Japanese sunken fireplace in Shojiri City, Nagano Prefecture. At an elevation of 1000 meters, it is a quiet hideaway surrounded by trees with no other buildings within a 20-meter radius. You can relax in a spacious environment with a 1288-square-meter site, a 120-square-meter old-style house, and a 20-square-meter balcony. The tap water at Shojiri Kogen Villa is pumped up from a naturally filtered underground water source 300 meters deep on the premises and disinfected in accordance with the Water Supply Law, resulting in delicious water that can be used for drinking and cooking. ※ We recommend coming by car as there is no public transportation nearby. * Because it is a facility in a forest with a rich natural environment, insects may enter the house, and animals that do not harm people may appear outdoors. We want you to feel like you are living in a historic mountain town, so we accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights. Located in the town next to Narai-juku, Nakasendo's post town, a historic town that has flourished as a region for lacquerware from the Edo period. It was selected as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, and was built in 1931 in this town, where lacquerware shops are still lined up. Limited to one group per day without meals, you can use the entire house. I think the charm of Hirasawa is the beauty and richness of everyday life. It would be nice if you could stay like living in this old town, such as reading, walking, local sake (sake, wine), and sleeping slowly. We also post our daily activities on social media, so please take a look. There are no screen doors in an old house in the valley of the mountains, so natural creatures may come in during the warmer months. The 93-year-old building is not polished in detail. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
