This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Enjoy all that the island has to offer! Peak season requires Sat to Sat rental. 2025 season is from June 21 – Aug 30

This top floor of an adorable Cape Cod will satisfy all of your families needs w/ kids nook for the kids to play, crib and 2 Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen). It also welcomes a brand new outdoor shower w/ changing room. A great deck w/ both a sitting & dining area. Beds have nice foam mattresses. Pull out couch bed is also high-quality foam bed. We ask all guests to bring their own linens & towels.

LONG BEACH ISLAND - New, 1 BLOCK TO OCEAN! - 3 bedroom, 2 bath, outdoor enclosed beach shower! 2-car garage, full laundry, gas fireplace, natural gas grille on private 2nd floor deck, 2nd grille on ground level. Impeccably maintained, natural light, and spacious. Restaurants and shops 1/2 block. Bagels, coffee and ice cream same block. Keurig & Cuisinart coffee makers. Exceptionally CLEAN. AIR PURIFIERS in all 3 Bedrooms. MIN 2 NIGHTS - off summer. MIN 5 NIGHTS - some summer weeks.

Great Ship Bottom location! Ocean side/beach block - no streets to cross to get to the beach. 1 Bedroom/2 Bathroom condo on 2nd floor. Coffee station, 65" TV in living room; 40" TV in bedroom. WiFi/ethernet, 5 beach badges included with reservation, 2 outside showers with changing areas, & coin operated washer/dryer on premises. Maximum occupancy of 5 - queen size bed in bedroom, full size sofabed & twin size sofabed in living room. RENTALS ARE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

**Wedding Parties: This home is 2 blocks to HotelLBI, 1 mile to Bonnet Island Estate, 2 miles to Mallard Island. Walk to Bonnet Island using guarded walkway. We provide made beds, linens and for the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)
