Monthly Rentals in Shipyard Plantation

The condo was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated with all the amenities. Located in the perfect beach location, this place was great for our family getaway. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and communication was seamless. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We will definitely book this condo again!

Another great stay! Jay’s place was great as usual. Helpful communication was quick to help when we were confused about some things. A helpful note from this trip: shipyard no longer allows grocery deliveries. They allow uber eats and pizza deliveries only.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured....very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the king bed was comfortable. The condo location is well-situated in the front of Shipyard so it's close to shopping, restaurants, etc, but a bit too far to walk to the beach (we rode our bikes with our chairs on our backs which was no big deal for us; those with a lot of gear can simply drive and park very close to the beach access). At the time of our stay (March 2025), the 1 community tennis court was unfortunately closed for repairs. If Tennis is important, you may wish to check on status prior to booking. Meredith was a great host, communicated well and responded quickly to answer our every question. We would recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay! Bikes to most areas on the island from this location. Great kitchen and living area.
