〜お知らせ〜 ※雪によりウッドデッキの使用が出来なくなりました。 感染予防のため退出後の清掃除菌は徹底しております。 洞爺湖畔から徒歩5〜10分 春は雪解けの清々しさを感じられ、夏は自然を満喫、秋は紅葉、冬は雪景色とスノースポーツ 建物周辺はとても静かで眺めがとても良くなっております。 飲食店などは少なくなっておりますご注意下さい。 また古い建物を使用しております。 随時、改修工事などを行なっておりますが工事途中のものもございます。改めご了承下さいませ。 ※2階のお部屋の寝室は全てつながっております。鍵や壁などありません。 サンルームにつきましては工事途中で終わっております。ご了承下さい。 以前ありました薪ストーブは撤去しております。 お部屋からは小さくですが洞爺湖ロングラン花火が見ることが可能です。ただとても小さいです。 1階のお部屋にはSwitchがございます。ただカセットなどはございませんのでご自身の物をご使用お願い致します。 ※外の柵は一部破損しているため絶対によしかかったりしないようにお願い致します。 建物が古い為虫はかなり出てしまいます。 殺虫剤ガムテープをご使用下さい

In the jacuzzi bath, you can use hot springs and air blows and jet baths. The semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by a family (5-6 people). All rooms have central heating and FF-type kerosene heaters (1st floor living room, separate) to keep the rooms warm and comfortable even in winter.

Annex- Ocean View Deluxe Villa

Hotel Cocoa`s sister property (Deluxe Villa, Deluxe Family Room, and Superior Family Room) is under the same management but located in different areas. This sister property is located at 37-1 Irie, Toyakocho, Abuta District, Hokkaido 049-5603, offering relaxing ocean views instead of a Lake View. This villa has a convenient location near the train station and local supermarkets approximately 15 minutes away by car from Hotel Cocoa. Note that these two properties are in separate locations.

Ecco's House For Family Stay

You can drive to Noboribetsu Onsen Town and Upopoi Ainu museum about 20 min each.(different direction) About 1 hour drive to Toya lake, 50min drive from New Chitose airport, up to 16 guests can stay at the house. You can rent entire house by only one group, there is key box in the entrance of the house, you can take the key by yourself and check in and check out to return the key at the original place. You can park 3 cars in the yard of the house for free.

A quiet private villa surrounded by nature, offering a calm and relaxing stay. The bath features 100% natural hot spring water, and in winter the living room is warmed by hot spring underfloor heating. Pets are welcome, and a private dog run is available during warmer seasons. Please note: Public transportation is very limited, so a car is required. Due to the natural surroundings, insects or small wild animals may be present, especially in warmer months.
