Holiday rentals with beach access in Shkodër

AirBNB issue is always finding the residence but once found - a treat is always in store. You have the full penthouse, wrap around balcony, stunning views. Honestly couldnt have wished for anything better and for the price its unbeatable. My family loved it, its a shame we were there only a night but we remembered the night the most. Shower / bathroom facilities all clean, room clean - AC worked. What more can I say.

Great Hosts, very welcoming, and helpful. Warm family atmosphere. Distance to Tropicana beach (which I highly recommend to those who appreciate peace and quiet) about 15 minutes by leisurely walk. You can also get there by car. There's a lot of free parking by the beach. However, I recommend walking because in the afternoon a huge traffic jam of cars leaving the beach. In the area everything you need - a bakery with a delicious and varied assortment, grocery stores, stalls with vegetables and fruits - 3 minutes from the apartment. Hosts offer breakfast in the price of the room - delicious, fresh (bread, cold cuts, vegetables, fruits, baby milk, cereal, nutella, cookies). Clean air-conditioned room, fresh linens, and towels. Access to a washer, vacuum cleaner, iron. Very quiet and peaceful part of Ulcinij. We'd love to come back and recommend it to friends. The drawbacks are missing :)

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We had a short but really comfortable stay, the place is big, clean and bright. The host is friendly and vey helpful. Totally recommend! It should be noted that the apartment is located a little bit outside of the city center but if you have a car (what is recommended when travelling to Montenegro) it won't be a problem.

Great location - only 10-15 minutes walking to the first beach, but also 10-15 minutes to city center (by car). Apartment was really clean and comfortable, and the host was nice and helpful.

We were guests of Nikola and Aferdita in Ulcinj. The apartment has a great location and everything necessary and the beach is within walking distance. The apartment is modern and cheerfully decorated and is very well equipped. Nikola and Aferdita were always available to us and really very hospitable. We had a great vacation

Very nice stay, very clean, easy contact with the owners, all things taken care of immediately, 10 minute walk to the beach or the cliff where you can enjoy the sunset. Hosts greeted us with local fruit, arrived by car at the airport for an additional fee. We recommend trying grilled fish with Jamie Oliver's friend! Highly recommended!

Elma was very nice with us. she accepted us at the last moment. The apartment is new, very nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend it!

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

From the welcome to the farewell, Alen took care of us perfectly and made us feel at home. The accommodation was in the best condition and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location was just perfect for exploring the city. Alen was always friendly, helpful and gave us great tips to make the most of our stay. We felt completely comfortable and would book with him again anytime. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Alen definitely helped make our trip memorable.

The ground-floor apartment was nice, and the host gave clear instructions. Everyone was helpful. However, we were missing some basic items like paper towels and a coffee maker. There were a few bugs in the apartment due to nearby trees. On the positive side, there were fresh fruits available nearby, and the family restaurant next door offered tasty food and liqueurs. Communication in Polish/English
