Holiday rentals with beach access in Shkodër

AirBNB issue is always finding the residence but once found - a treat is always in store. You have the full penthouse, wrap around balcony, stunning views. Honestly couldnt have wished for anything better and for the price its unbeatable. My family loved it, its a shame we were there only a night but we remembered the night the most. Shower / bathroom facilities all clean, room clean - AC worked. What more can I say.

Wspaniali Gospodarze, bardzo gościnni i pomocni. Ciepła rodzinna atmosfera. Odległość do plaży Tropicana (która bardzo polecam tym którzy cenią sobie ciszę i spokój) ok 15 minut spokojnym spacerem. Można również dojechać samochodem. Przy samej plaży ogromne parking bezpłatny. Jednak polecam dojście piesze ponieważ po południu ogromny korek samochodów wyjeżdzających z plazy. W okolicy wszystko czego potrzeba - piekarnia z pysznym i urozmaiconym asortymentem, sklepy spożywcze, stragany z warzywami i owocami -3 minuty od apartamentu. Gospodarze oferują w cenie pokoju śniadania - pyszne, świeżutkie (pieczywo, wędlina, warzywa, owoce, dla dzieci mleko płatki, nutella, ciasteczka). Pokój czysty klimatyzowany, świeża pościel i ręczniki. Dostęp do pralki, odkurzacza, żelazka. Bardzo cicha i spokojna cześć Ulcinij. Chętnie wrócimy i polecimy znajomym. Minusów brak :)

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We had a short but really comfortable stay, the place is big, clean and bright. The host is friendly and vey helpful. Totally recommend! It should be noted that the apartment is located a little bit outside of the city center but if you have a car (what is recommended when travelling to Montenegro) it won't be a problem.

Der Aufenthalt ist wirklich gut, das Appartement ist den Preis alle mal wert und Nigel Nagel neu. Leider gibt es keinen Duschvorhang und die Küche ist jetzt auch nicht mit allem ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist es aber eine super Unterkunft um nah zum Long Beach zu sein. Hier Tipp: Havanna Beach, preislich völlig ok und nicht so überlaufen wie die anderen.

Wir waren zu Gast bei Nikola und Aferdita in Ulcinj. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und alles notwendige und der Strand sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist modern und freundlich eingerichtet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nikola und Aferdita waren jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und wirklich sehr gastfreundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt, w domu bardzo czysto, łatwy kontakt z właścicielami, wszystkie sprawy załatwiane od ręki, 10 minutowy spacer do plaży lub klifu, gdzie można podziwiać zachody słońca. Gospodarze przywitali nas lokalnymi owocami, przyjechali samochodem na lotnisko za dodatkową opłatą. Polecamy spróbować grillowanych ryb w wykonaniu przyjaciela Jamiego Olivera! Gorąco Polecamy!

Un loc foarte linistit, foarte curat. Camera are o terasa generoasa care include si o chicineta. Loc de parcare privat. Multe magazine si restaurante in apropiere. Cea mai apropiata plaja este la 5 minute de mers cu masina. Gazdele foarte amabile si dragute. Am primit cadou si un borcan cu dulceata de smochine pentru care le multumim inca o data foarte frumos. Raportul calitate pret este excelent.

Sjajni domaćini koji zaslužuju sve preporuke. Ne znam šta je lepše domaćini,pogled,ambijent,jednostavno savršeno i Vaš smeštaj zaslužuje 10/10. Hvala na svemu.

We felt truly at home, like family visiting from away we were welcomed very warmly. The pool is great, the room and linen are Sheraton level or better. Was very impressed. Will be back

Staying at Elvir’s Airbnb was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Elvir was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment is brand new and a true place for relaxation. It is very clean and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable and in the morning the sea view from the balcony awaits you. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked several times. You can walk to town and the beaches in the Pine Forest in about 15 Minutes. It was the perfect location for us in Ulcinj - walkable distance to everything you need, but far enough from the loud music on the main beach to not be disturbed. Florina is a wonderful host, she is very inviting, friendly and flexible. She showed us the surroundings by car when we arrived, as we didnt have an own vehicle. Also she helped us finding groceries when most shops were closed. I can definitely recommend her place!

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung hat sich Alen perfekt um uns gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft war in bestem Zustand und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage war einfach perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alen war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben, um das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt herauszuholen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Gastfreundschaft! Alen hat definitiv dazu beigetragen, dass unsere Reise unvergesslich war.

Adi i porodica su pravi domaćini. Odavno se negdje nismo osjećali baš kao kod kuće, bez imalo pretjerivanja. Odlične lokalne preporuke, sjajna hrana u restoranu u čijem je sklopu apartman, čistoća na jako visokom nivou, osoblje jako susretljivo i prijatno. Jacuzzi čist i u potpunosti funkcionalan. Kreveti jako udobni. Parking ispred zgrade. Naš boravak smo produžili za još 4 noći nakon prvobitne rezervisane dvije 😊 to je i više no dovoljan pokazatelj kvaliteta. Svaka čast, ovako se radi posao :)
