Holiday rentals with beach access in Shkodër

We had a great stay at this apartment. The view is beautiful, and it's conveniently located near several beaches. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed: a spacious kitchen, a nice balcony and bathroom. Luka was a fantastic host, who made sure we had a good time. When we faced some car problems, he really went above and beyond to help us. We would have been really lost without his help. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this place!

We had a short but really comfortable stay, the place is big, clean and bright. The host is friendly and vey helpful. Totally recommend! It should be noted that the apartment is located a little bit outside of the city center but if you have a car (what is recommended when travelling to Montenegro) it won't be a problem.

Great apartment, very clean. They really thought of everything (e.g. plenty of room for drying clothes/towels after the beach, fully stocked kitchen, big closets for clothes...). Seka was a wonderful host, available for any questions we might have and very responsive! It's great that they have a parking spot, it's right in front of the apartment, we drive a station wagon car and it could fit, however, I am not sure if a bigger car/SUV could fit easily. All in all a great place that we hope to visit again one day and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Salih was brilliant from the very start when I made the booking. Always offered his help. Arranged travel for me and my family from and to the airport. One particular day he went out of his way which was greatly appreciated. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea is amazing. Good access to shops and restaurants. I won't forget my first trip to Montenegro and I will have fond memories of Sahil.

A very nice accommodation with a great large terrace , lounge corner and beautiful view of the sea and castle. We can highly recommend!

We had a great stay, and definitely will come here every time I am visiting Ulcinj. Arta and her parents were really friendly and welcoming people, the responded in no time to whatever request. Rooms were clean , there was balcony to our rooms and downstairs too. It was a great vocation starting from this place and people🙂

Our stay at Drago’s place was amazing. Drago and his mother are excellent hosts! They took us home from the bus station and helped us with our bags. They were very hospitable and responsive all the time. The apartment itself is perfect – fully equipped with furniture and appliances, clean and fresh, bright and spacious. The kitchen has everything one may need for cooking. There are a lot of spaces inside the house, where you can spend time with your friends and chill - living room, terraces with picturesque view. As usual, the key to the beautiful view is the location on high ground, so you must be prepared to quite steep uphill road :)

The apartment was brilliant for a larger group of friends. Great location in the middle of town and a short walk from the beach/restaurants/old town. Good top-floor balcony space with a view of the old town, and a great kitchen and living area so everyone had plenty of space. Bedrooms were spacious with their own balconies. Beni was very responsive and helpful, and accommodated our later than expected arrival. All round great experience for anyone looking to enjoy Ulcinj!

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.
