An authentic half-timbered farmhouse with sauna, sheltered courtyard, wood-fired pizza oven and a playground nearby. A place where families, groups of friends and multiple generations immediately feel at home. This is where tranquillity, space and comfort come together, with the best of nature and the city within easy reach.

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Hoeve Heem

Hoeve Heem, is located in quiet rural Terblijt. The former horse stable has been converted into a comfortable 6-person holiday home. With its own garden, heating, wood-burning stove and two bathrooms. The area around the house is very suitable for people who like hiking. Our farm, for example, is located on a stage of the Pieterpad. There is also plenty of challenge by bike, in addition to the natural beauty, for example, the centre of Maastricht and Valkenburg are accessible by bike.

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Comfortable apartment, located in an old farmhouse, equipped with every modern comfort. Located in the village of Vilt, easily accessible (bus is 3 min. walking distance), against the flank of the Cauberg, at the edge of the forest. Explore - on foot or by bike - the Geuldal, the hills, the bustling Valkenburg (less than a kilometer away), Maastricht with its brown pubs and unique historic city center or take a day trip to nearby Aachen or Liège. Enjoy and relax!

Comfortable and quiet overnight stay in heuvelland

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

De Wingerd country estate with private hot tub

This brand new outdoor accommodation, including private hot tub, since May 2022 is the perfect base for the real peace and nature lover, cyclist or hiker. In April 2023, this stay became even more unique due to the landscaped nature garden. Here you can enjoy everything nature has to offer in peace and quiet. Feel free to take a walk through here. Centrally located in the hills in relation to Valkenburg, Maastricht, Gulpen and Aachen.
