Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Old Stone House With Swimming Pool for Families

Kula Milica is around 300 years old Dalmatian, family stone house renovated since 2015. and adapted for a pleasant stay. Stone and wood dominate the house for a nice and cosy ambient. It has fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV + Netflix, Wi-Fi, two large terraces each with dining tables, parking space, barbecue, swimming pool and an outdoor shower. We can help to provide cheese, olive oil, wine and organic fruits and vegetables from the village. It is our wish that you really feel like at home.
