Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Rhöndorf, located at the foot of the scenic, legendary Drachenfels in the Siebengebirge, is a picturesque place on the Rhine and is 15 km south of Bonn. From here you can perfectly explore the near and far surroundings of the region or simply hike a few stages of the Rheinsteig, which passes Rhöndorf.
