"Das Bergheim" is one of the typical holiday homes in the Vorauf holiday park with approx. 83 square meters of living space and a plot area of approx. 500 square meters. Characteristic of the quietly located vacation resort are these cozy single-roof houses in wooden frame construction. In 2022, it was lovingly renovated and designed in a contemporary way with a stylish color scheme in the French Scandinavian style. A modern, appealing interior now meets the typically cozy architecture of the house in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Small apartment with bedroom and living room as well as modern bathroom. The house was completed in October 2018 according to the latest standards. With free and fast Wi-Fi (200Mbit/s), underfloor heating, digital HD TV and modern kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. An e-charging station with ecological solar power for your e-vehicle can be used for a fee. Please note that there is an additional tourist tax of €1.10 (adult) and €0.55 (children from 6 years) per night.

Lovely holiday house in Alps with easy access A8

A fully furnished holiday house located in the charming area of Chiemsee, surrounded by the woods and meadows. Well equipped kitchen, dinning area and living room on the first floor with large balcony. A small hobby room, bathroom and the 2nd living room with piano on the ground floor with doors accessing to the outdoor sitting area and garden. Very convenient location for traveling with car. Only 3km from A8 highway, Salzburg in 30km, Königsee in 45km, and München in 100km.

Centrally located in Siegsdorf, you will find our quietly located vacation home with a large natural garden in a sunny location. Your newly renovated vacation home sleeps 5 adults and 2 children. A covered carport and parking spaces right by the house are available free of charge. Wi-Fi is also free of charge. A south-facing balcony with a bench and folding table invites you to relax. Outside there is a protected dining area and a terrace with seating and awning.

Surrounded by meadows, forest and Bergen, our lovingly renovated 2 room apartment is located in the holiday village Vorauf. With a beautiful balcony view and bright, cozy, furnishings, we warmly invite you to take a break from everyday stress here. A well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom are waiting for you, including hygiene/ toiletries (see pictures). The sleeping area offers a large bed for 2 persons. Pets are allowed on request. Wifi and parking is for free.

Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. Our sustainable vacation home "Woid 12," completed in 2023, is located in the climatic health resort of Siegsdorf at an altitude of about 780 m (Chiemgau, Voralpenland) and is characterized by two separate apartments, each 100 square meters. Experience the enjoyment of nature right at your doorstep, where literally “fox and rabbit say good night.” The detached house impresses with its unobstructed view of the forest, meadows and mountains.

Schönes, helles Appartement in Traunstein

Our apartment is located 3 minutes walk from Traunstein train station, in a quiet location, as well as 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shops for daily needs can also be reached in a few minutes. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed and single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all necessary utensils... if you need anything and it is not there, just let me know

With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. Quaint country cottage

Located in Siegsdorf, this cozy country house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The country house consists of a living room (with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and another (very small) room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. Ideal for children, but not for adults. This further room can be reached only through the bedroom.
