Characteristic of the quietly located vacation resort are these cozy single-roof houses in wooden frame construction. In 2022, it was lovingly renovated and designed in a contemporary way with a stylish color scheme in the French Scandinavian style. A modern, appealing interior now meets the typically cozy architecture of the house in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture.
