The Bergheim. Ferienpark Vorauf

"Das Bergheim" is one of the typical holiday homes in the Vorauf holiday park with approx. 83 square meters of living space and a plot area of approx. 500 square meters. Characteristic of the quietly located vacation resort are these cozy single-roof houses in wooden frame construction. In 2022, it was lovingly renovated and designed in a contemporary way with a stylish color scheme in the French Scandinavian style. A modern, appealing interior now meets the typically cozy architecture of the house in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Auf ca. 68 qm findest Du alles für eine kleine Auszeit oder einen ausgedehnten Wander- oder Fahrrad Urlaub. Beginne Deinen Tag mit einem Frühstück auf dem voll möblierten Balkon, oder lasse ihn auf dem Liegestuhl im Gemeinschaftsgarten ausklingen. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

The Raffner Hof in Ruhpolding – Chiemgau / Bavarian Alps The apartment is located in the quiet district of Stockreit with wonderful views of the Chiemgau mountains. Ideal for hiking and biking. The climbing forest and the Flyline at Unternberg also offer adventure. Grocery stores, butchers, bakeries, restaurants and the train station are approx. 15 minutes' walk or 3 minutes' drive. Ruhpolding is also the perfect base for numerous excursion destinations in the surrounding area.

The bus goes through the most beautiful parts of Salzburg : Hellbrunn Castle, Anif Zoo, Untersberg with the Untersbergbahn. In addition, the Chocolate Factory, the Schellenberg Ice Cave, the Anif Forest Bath and the Königsseeach are all just a stone's throw away. The location is the optimal combination for nature and culture lovers.

The approx. 42 square meter apartment in a quiet yet central location has its own entrance, living room with sofa bed, dining area, separate sleeping area, kitchenette, shower/toilet and large balcony with views of the countryside and mountains. You will surely feel comfortable from the first moment. Free parking right by the house is available. (Please bring your own bed linens and toilet linens)

Time out in Chiemgau

Enjoy your time away from home in one of the cozy Nurdach houses of the Vorauf holiday park. The holiday park is situated in a quiet location in the Alpine foothills of the Chiemgau. The house (type Oslo) has 83 m² and stands on a plot of about 750 m². The house is my own home, which I have lovingly renovated in recent years and rent out during my work trips. Around the holiday park there are many excursion options for the whole family.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
