Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Sierra de Cádiz

We can only really agree 100% with all the other very positive reviews here of Jon-Paul's apartment. It's a very comfortable apartment, a family home, so not sterile like some corporate places and very well equipped (good TV, Alexa, air-con, very nice quiet washing machine etc). As every review states, the terrace is amazing, if the sun is out you will get it! Jon-Paul's communication was exceptional throughout and the location of the apartment means you are literally 2 mins from the train station and the supermarket and 5 mins from the Paseo and the beach. The only issue we had was when the power went down in the whole of Spain and Portugal but we can't really hold Jon-Paul responsible for that! We have stayed in approx 20 apartments in the Los Boliches/Torreblanca area over the last 10 years or so and Jon-Paul's is probably the one we would be most likely to try to book again. Recommended!

The location was great, close to all the main points of interest in the beautiful city of Seville. A little grocery store right next door was great! We really enjoyed the modern apartment with 3 separate large rooms. Very comfortable furnishings! We had a little trouble getting in but José really rushed to help us. It's true that it lacks soundproofing but for us it didn't cause any problems, it was still quiet at night. We'd probably go back if we had a chance. We would highly recommend! Very nice stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Juan’s place and he was a phenomenal host! The location was great, close to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby! Juan was extremely friendly, gave us plenty of recommendations and was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended ❤️

Lola was an excellent host. Although the front door lock was a little confusing (need to keep twisting and twisting), the apartment was well kitted out, and the sofa bed was very large and comfortable! The location is convenient to the Airport and convention centre, but not to the city centre, but that is not Lolas fault. The area has some excellent restaurants that Lola recommended, but there was also quite a bit of construction at the time of my stay (again outside of Lola’s control. 5 stars!

Nice, clean apartment with great location!

This is a pretty little apartment within a beautiful private setting. It is in a secure gated development with lots of good restaurants nearby. Positioned on a hill allows for amazing views and sunsets but it might be a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues. This apartment provides privacy and tranquility.

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Accommodation of 10, good communication from the staff , they give you facilities and everything was very clean. 100% recommended

Everything was great, we had a fantastic time! Amazing location, just a few minutes to the beach, and a lovely balcony with sun from morning to midday. Only downside: the kitchen was very small with limited cutlery. But we mostly ate out anyway, so all in all, top-notch and highly recommend!

Walter is a wonderful and accommodating host. His communication was clear and efficient and kind. We did self check in and it was so easy. The apt was perfect for 2 people for our 1 night stay and we would have loved to stay longer, and will definitely be back. Walter has upgraded the unit to include usb charging ports and a nice towel heating rack in the bathroom. Very cool!

Very good value for money apartment, good location. The reversion team were great for communication. The rooftop pool is a highlight.

Great place to stay in Seville. The photos and reviews really match. Very comfortable beds, equipped tb kitchen, quiet ++ you feel good there. The host was very responsive before and during the stay, congratulations; Directions to nearby restaurants and bars etc... Hey recommend and I'll be back
