Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Sierra de Cádiz

We can only really agree 100% with all the other very positive reviews here of Jon-Paul's apartment. It's a very comfortable apartment, a family home, so not sterile like some corporate places and very well equipped (good TV, Alexa, air-con, very nice quiet washing machine etc). As every review states, the terrace is amazing, if the sun is out you will get it! Jon-Paul's communication was exceptional throughout and the location of the apartment means you are literally 2 mins from the train station and the supermarket and 5 mins from the Paseo and the beach. The only issue we had was when the power went down in the whole of Spain and Portugal but we can't really hold Jon-Paul responsible for that! We have stayed in approx 20 apartments in the Los Boliches/Torreblanca area over the last 10 years or so and Jon-Paul's is probably the one we would be most likely to try to book again. Recommended!

L’emplacement était idéal, près de tous les points d’intérêt principaux de la belle ville de Séville. Une petite épicerie juste à la porte d’à côté c’était super! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’appartement moderne avec 3 grandes pièces distinctes. Ameublement très confortable! Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté pour entrer mais José s’est vraiment empressé de nous aider. C’est vrai qu’il manque d’insonorisation mais pour nous ça n’a causé aucun problème, c’était quand même calme la nuit. Nous y retournerions sûrement si l’occasion se présentait. Nous recommandons fortement! Très beau séjour !

Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr, sehr gute Lage, war sehr groß und geräumig. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

We had a wonderful time staying at Juan’s place and he was a phenomenal host! The location was great, close to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby! Juan was extremely friendly, gave us plenty of recommendations and was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended ❤️

Lola was an excellent host. Although the front door lock was a little confusing (need to keep twisting and twisting), the apartment was well kitted out, and the sofa bed was very large and comfortable! The location is convenient to the Airport and convention centre, but not to the city centre, but that is not Lolas fault. The area has some excellent restaurants that Lola recommended, but there was also quite a bit of construction at the time of my stay (again outside of Lola’s control. 5 stars!

Apartamento muy acogedor y tranquilo a distancia andando de puerto Banus y al lado de la playa. Muy bien equipado. Plaza de parking incluida para evitar dejarlo en la calle. Paola siempre atenta y con instrucciones claras. Sitio para volver otra vez.

This is a pretty little apartment within a beautiful private setting. It is in a secure gated development with lots of good restaurants nearby. Positioned on a hill allows for amazing views and sunsets but it might be a bit steep for anyone with mobility issues. This apartment provides privacy and tranquility.

Walking into the apartment the first thing you see is the fantastic view of the beach ,sea and Cadiz in the distance. Everything is new and super clean. We were very comfortable. We were very happy with the location. It is near to lots of bars and restaurants. A supermarket is a few minutes away too. We could walk into Cadiz or catch a bus just outside.

Everything was great, we had a fantastic time! Amazing location, just a few minutes to the beach, and a lovely balcony with sun from morning to midday. Only downside: the kitchen was very small with limited cutlery. But we mostly ate out anyway, so all in all, top-notch and highly recommend!

Walter is a wonderful and accommodating host. His communication was clear and efficient and kind. We did self check in and it was so easy. The apt was perfect for 2 people for our 1 night stay and we would have loved to stay longer, and will definitely be back. Walter has upgraded the unit to include usb charging ports and a nice towel heating rack in the bathroom. Very cool!

Di gran lunga il miglior posto durante il nostro giro itinerante in Andalusia. Appartamento molto spazioso e nuovo. Rispetta gli standard di un hotel di ottima qualità più che di un semplice appartamento su Airbnb. Se potete, chiedete gli appartamenti dal primo piano in su. Noi eravamo al piano 0 e letteralmente affacciavamo sulla strada (che era comunque molto tranquilla e gli infissi non facevamo passare nessun rumore però c’era pochissima luce ed era meglio non aprire le finestre perché ti trovavi le persone quasi dentro la stanza )

Endroit avec une vue superbe sur la mer depuis un appartement vraiment très agréable ! Plage à 10 minutes à pied avec une promenade de bord de mer proposant de nombreux restaurants et autres commerces. Proche de Malaga où les musées de manquent pas et pour les loueurs de voiture l'Alhambra est à une heure trente tout comme Gibraltar. Ces information sont pour les voyageurs du début de l'année, nous ne savons pas pour la haute saison comment cela se passe...

Excellent lieu pour un séjour à Séville. Les photos et commentaires correspondent vraiment. Lits très confortables, cuisine tb équipée, calme ++ ons y sent bien. L hôte à été très réactif avant et pendant le séjour, bravo ; Indications sur restaurants et bars à proximité etc... Hé recommande et je reviendrai
