The Puerta de Jerez metro station is just a ten-minute walk away, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty minutes away, and there are several private parking lots just a five-minute walk from the apartment Our building consists of both private and tourist apartments. We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. This AMAZING duplex apartment full of natural light is located in a PRIVILEGED LOCATION in the heart of historic district of Seville.
