The 60 m2 apartment equipped with 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, smart TV with flat screen, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge. In winter you can enjoy a magnificent fireplace inside the accommodation (firewood has an extra cost). No parties. It is forbidden to play music at a high volume as it is a residential area.

The garden, barbecue and pool are for the common use of guests and owners, but we respect the privacy of our tenants. For work reasons we are practically not at home throughout the day. Inside the house you CANNOT smoke and pets are NOT accepted without previously consulting with the owners
