Monthly Rentals in Sigloy

Where to start?! There's so much good! The contact before our arrival was great and stayed the same throughout our stay. Alexis and Carole are very attentive. There's nothing missing. La Germignonne is a very relaxing place, very well appointed with important peculiarities, such as the hot tub or piano for the musicians between us. The kids loved the huge garden with lots of activities - the bad weather didn't stop them from enjoying it. Once again, with all the elaborate on-site explanations, Carole and Alexis leave no doubt that they want vacationers to be comfortable. A big thank you from us ten (2 grandparents, 4 parents and 4 children)!

Very clear access indication, reserved parking, everything that belongs to the Airbnb is mentioned as such (parking spaces, front door, garbage cans...). The place can be a little narrow and cramped for some but everything was already mentioned so it was perfect. Listing as described, complete equipment (fridge, washing machine, appliances...). It's in a great location for what I had planned for the week. I would come back without hesitation.

Very well located and easy to access studio, well equipped, perfect for a couple. Thoughtfully designed and cozy. Quite spacious, the living room/bedroom is well separated from the kitchen by a wall. The Loire is very close, as is the city center.

Josy (8 years old) and I loved Monique and her husband. Both were so warm, open-minded, helpful. Actually, we shouldn't rave about them so much here ;-) The place was pleasantly simple, right on the Loire. An ideal base for cycling trips and hikes. Châteauneuf-sur-Loire is a pretty place with lovely people and a small castle and very good bakeries. I (we) will definitely be back, preferably back to Monique (mille bisous ...)
