Our smoke-free climate-friendly country house 360 degrees with sauna, swimming pond and trampoline is located on the Pfänderhang at the gates of Bregenz and Lindau in an idyllic secluded location with a stunning view. There are 2 apartments, here the lower small 30 sqm apartment "Fuchsbau". It is suitable for singles and couples who want to retreat and still be in the middle of it all. You can relax here, hike, swim, enjoy wellness, art and culture, boat and bike ride.

The newly renovated apartment (8/2023) is the ideal starting point for numerous activities. Wellness, Wandern, Klettern, Radfahren, Baden, Kunst & Kultur, Shopping, Wintersport,... It is quietly located in the countryside and in just a few steps you can see a wonderful mountain and lake panorama. Austrian and German Lake Constance shores can be reached via beautiful bike paths. By car, you can reach the highway in 5 minutes. Switzerland or Liechtenstein are also around the corner.

Chalet 150 sqm

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproofing door) with separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time using the code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in the summer. A baby cot (120x60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked (€25 for a slot, about 3-4 hours incl. Sauna towels).

Vacation paradise in the Allgäu

On the outskirts of Scheidegg, one of the sunniest communities in Germany, is the cozy apartment. The perfect starting point for your active vacation. Here you will find numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Hiking in the Alps, a boat trip on Lake Constance or a bike tour through the Allgäu. The apartment is located in a vacation resort where you also have a wellness area with indoor pool and sauna available free of charge.

Welcome to the Sonnenhalde in Sigmarszell. Our small cozy apartment is located in a beautiful quiet location. From the small terrace you have a magnificent view of our local mountains “Pfänder,” “Hoher Freschen” and “Hohe Kugel.” Lake Constance and the island town of Lindau are about 6 km away and can be reached quickly by car or on quiet bike paths. Interesting biking, cycling and hiking tours are possible directly from the house.

Guest accommodation on farm

In our former, newly converted barn, we offer simple but fully equipped 44 square meter accommodation for uncomplicated guests. Our farm is located in a quiet and beautiful environment. We run an organic farm with cows, chickens, horses and cats. Our garden invites you to linger and in case of rain there is a covered seating area. A sofa bed is available for a child, and a travel crib can also be accommodated. Welcome!
