Monthly Rentals in Silver Lake

Jennifer's house was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting Wilmington. Easy commute to all beaches, restaurants, sites we wanted to see while being quiet and peaceful overnight and early morning - exactly what we were looking for. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Jennifer was very responsive to all messages.

Great place and safe neighborhood. It was clean, well stocked, and I enjoyed the decor. The house setup was perfect for traveling with two little kids. The hosts were great with communication and helpful with local recommendations. It was easy to get to the grocery store, restaurants, playgrounds and a 20ish minute drive to the beach. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for our large party of8 adults and 3 kids. The kids absolutely loved the game room. The house had every accommodation we could have needed. One of the best stocked places we have stayed. We enjoyed the backyard and the grill. It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog as well. Michael was very responsive and even accommodated N early check in for us. It was in a great location as well. Would highly recommend!

James place was great! Easy access and great communication. Loved that they provide an instantpot and a well stocked kitchen. Made meals very easy during our stay. Would stay again!
